The man behind the music & the mission

Giorgos Mylonas is a musician, mentor, and business entrepreneur who believes in the power of creative spaces to inspire real change. With a background in music performance and years of experience organizing youth consultation projects, Giorgos created the Music and Cultural Café to bring people together — not just to eat and drink, but to grow, share, and transform.

He is passionate about mentoring young people, especially those from small towns or underrepresented backgrounds, helping them explore their potential and launch their own creative ventures.

The team behind the café includes local chefs, baristas, event planners, and visiting educators, all united by a love of community, culture, and connection.
